Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Refund will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know refund status. Once approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond usually within 48 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We are currently shipping to anywhere in the USA. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. But Please Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Or, if your product is opened and doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us at info@rosecanyonnaturals.com so we can make it right! 

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
